Fluids6 detects automatically the processors, and runs its simulation procedure on all available processors concurrently.
While creating a model, you always should think about a reasonable compromise between the model resolution and the computing time. Of course, if you have a single processor machine, then Fluids6 will run on one processor and you will be able to process your old Fluids6 models as well.
